Mr. Fox has worked in the technical areas of software products, internet based products, electrical devices, electro-mechanical devices, mechanical devices, medical devices; biotechnology testing devices, and consumer products. Mr. Fox has prepared, drafted and/or prosecuted more than 500 patents and trademarks. Mr. Fox has litigated a significant amount of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases resulting in judgements and/or settlement agreements favorable to the client.
In 1984, Mr. Fox received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In 1990, Mr. Fox received a Juris Doctorate degree from the Franklin Pierce Law Center and interned with the late Honorable Jean Galloway Bissell at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. Prior to law school, Mr. Fox worked as a design engineer for Fairchild Space Company. After law school, Mr. Fox worked for the Washington, D.C. law firm of Sterne, Kessler Goldstein & Fox, LLP in its electrical group where he drafted complex software applications for IBM ® and HP ®
